Online ad network Traffic Marketplace has acquired Rocklin’s Livemarkets for an undisclosed sum.

Rocklin based LiveMarkets launched their in-advertising chat service this week at ad:tech in San Francisco.

The service places a real time chat window directly on the screen when a user clicks an ad, allowing companies to provide one-on-one conversations with prospective companies.
