Hansen acquired by Infor Global

Hansen Information Technologies announced today they’ve been aquired by Alphretta, Georgia based Infor Global for $100 million. Infor Global’s parent company, Golden Gate Capital had already owned 48% of Hansen.

The Business Journal reports,

With its software applications for the public sector, Hansen helps governments manage work orders, inspections, customer complaints, sewer and water systems, building permits and other tasks.

A $50 million company, Hansen grew 61 percent year-over-year through the year ended Jan. 31, 2007. The company has recently been chasing deals ranging from $20 million to $100 million in size, competing with industry giants SAP and Oracle.
